If your order is not yet in preparation:
You can cancel your order at no extra cost as long as it is not yet in preparation. Please contact us promptly by email, and we will be happy to cancel your order and invoice, or refund you directly depending on the payment method you have chosen.

If Your Order is Being Prepared:
Please note that if the preparation of your order has already begun, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify or cancel it, as the shipping process has already begun.

Cancellation and return procedure

Contact our Customer Service:
Send us an email with your cancellation request, clearly stating the order number.

Return the parcel:
If you receive the parcel, please return it to JouJou.ch - Chemin de Grély 17A - 1950 Sion.

Quality control:
Our after-sales service will check that the products have not been opened and that the security seals are intact.

Refunds:
If all conditions are met, we will refund or cancel your invoice, depending on your chosen method of payment.

Additional costs:
Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. In addition, a cancellation fee of CHF 20.00 will be applied to cover administrative costs.
