Click & Collect: If you don't have an email address, the order can only be placed via the Click & Collect option. This means that you can collect your order directly from our premises.

Cash payment: If you choose the Click & Collect option without providing an email address, payment must be made in cash when you collect your order.

Importance of email address: For all other orders, especially those requiring home delivery or online payment, an email address is mandatory. It enables us to keep you informed of shipment tracking and serves as a point of contact for online transactions.

If you plan to place orders online frequently, we strongly recommend that you create an email address. It's quick, easy and will give you full access to all Joujou.ch features. But if this isn't possible for you, our Click & Collect option is there to meet your needs.
