Don't panic if you've lost your invoice. Simply contact our partner Swissbilling, who handles billing for Joujou.ch. They will be able to provide you with a copy of your invoice quickly.
Here's how to proceed:
Send an e-mail to support@swissbilling.ch with your name, order number (if you have it) and a brief description of your request.
Or, if you prefer direct contact, call Swissbilling customer service on +41 (0)58 226 10 50. Make sure you have your order information to hand to facilitate the process.
Once you have contacted Swissbilling, they will send you a copy of your invoice by e-mail or post, whichever you prefer.
