Don't panic if you've lost your invoice. Simply contact our partner CembraPay SA, who handles billing for Joujou.ch. They will be able to provide you with a copy of your invoice quickly.
Here's how to proceed:
Send an e-mail to customer-care@cembrapay.ch with your name, order number (if you have it) and a brief description of your request.
Or, if you prefer direct contact, call CembraPay SA customer service on +41 44 551 46 70. Make sure you have your order information to hand to facilitate the process.
Once you have contacted CembraPay SA, they will send you a copy of your invoice by e-mail or post, whichever you prefer.
