Deleting order history on Joujou.ch

Joujou.ch's order history is currently designed to provide our customers with a transparent and continuous record of all their past transactions. This function is particularly useful for retrieving information on a previous purchase, renewing an order, or for warranty purposes.

However, for reasons of security, compliance and customer service, we do not allow this history to be deleted directly from the customer account. However, if you wish to delete your entire history, you can do so by requesting deletion from your customer account. Please note, however, that this action is irreversible.

If you have specific concerns about privacy or other issues related to your order history, please contact our Customer Service department. We will consider each request on a case-by-case basis, taking care to comply with all applicable data retention regulations.
