Defective product returns: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. In most cases, we will ask you to return the defective product to us and we will provide you with a replacement or a voucher, whichever you prefer. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Returns of unwanted products: If you change your mind about a product you have purchased and wish to return it, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with the security seal intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. Once the product has been returned and checked, we will reimburse you the amount of your purchase, less CHF 20.00 for initial delivery and administration costs.
Product exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another model or another product, please contact us by email to find out about the exchange procedure. You will be responsible for return and reshipment costs.
Please note that certain exceptions may apply, notably for reasons of hygiene. Intimate products such as lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged even if they have not been opened or used, except in the case of a defect.
