Expired return period: On Joujou,ch our return policy is limited in time to 14 days. If you exceed this period, your return request may be refused.
Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and with the security seal intact. If an item is returned damaged, worn or without its original packaging, the return request will be refused. Please note that lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, even if they have not been worn.
Products excluded from the Returns Policy : Certain products, in particular those made to measure at the customer's request and silicone dolls, cannot be returned except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Absence of Proof of Purchase: To process a return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation, invoice or delivery note.
