At Joujou.ch, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here are the refund conditions we offer:

Withdrawal period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions : Products must be in their original condition: undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. Control labels must remain intact.
You are responsible for shipping and return costs.

If you return a product or cancel an order, an administration fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is CHF 20 and covers the administrative and logistical costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to deliveries outside Switzerland.

Items in the "Lingerie" category and all cosmetic products (such as lubricants, creams, cleansers) are not eligible for return.

Withdrawal procedure: To make a return, you must send us a request by e-mail to serviceclients@joujou.ch, whether it concerns a delivery error, a defective product, or any other reason.

Warranty: Our electrical and electronic products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years from the date of delivery. However, we do not offer a warranty for other products.

Should a product under warranty fail, we will replace it with a new, identical product. If the product is no longer available, we will offer you a credit note or a replacement item.

Any extension or renewal of the warranty upon repair or exchange is excluded.
