Return instructions: Once we have received your request, we will give you detailed instructions for returning the incorrect item, if necessary. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Dispatch of the correct item: Once we have received the incorrect item and checked it, we will dispatch the correct item at no extra cost to you.
