The return procedure is quick and easy. Here are the steps to follow:

Return period :

Standard: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make a return.
Warranty: In the event of a defect, the product is eligible for return for 2 years.

Return conditions:

Standard: the product must be in its original packaging with the security seal intact. For reasons of hygiene, no returns are accepted on lingerie items.

Guarantee: the product must be cleaned beforehand, if possible in its original packaging and accompanied by the return slip.

Return process :

1. Log in to your joujou.ch account.
2. Go to "Order history".
3. Select the order you wish to return, then click to view its details.
4. In the order details, select the product you wish to return.
5. Fill in the form below, detailing the reason for the return. Being precise will help us process your request quickly.
6. Submit the form.

Confirmation & Dispatch:

Once your return request has been submitted, an e-mail will be sent to you with a return form to print out. Enclose this form with your return package.

You can also print out the return slip as follows:

1. Log in to your joujou.ch account.
2. Go to "Product returns".
3. Select the relevant order.
4. In the returns form column, click on print and enclose the returns form with your parcel.

Please note: In compliance with our general terms and conditions of sale, please note that, except in the case of a guarantee, we cannot accept returns for lingerie products, nor for products that have been opened or whose security seal has been broken.
