Product Out of Stock: If the product is temporarily unavailable, it will take approximately one to two weeks for restocking and subsequent shipment.
Product Not Available: In the event that the defective product is no longer available for sale, instead of offering a replacement, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use for a future purchase at Joujou.ch.
No refunds: Please note that no refunds are possible under this procedure.
