That said, the method by which you receive your refund depends on the payment method you chose at the time of your initial purchase. Whether this is in the form of a credit note against the invoice, a direct return to your credit card, a transfer to Twint or a credit to Paypal, we make sure that the transaction is as smooth as possible for you.

We would like to point out that in the event of an order cancellation, an administration fee of CHF 20 will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This allows us to cover the operational costs of processing returns.
