Having trouble tracking your order? Here's why:
We understand how important it is for you to track your order and know where it is at every stage. However, there may be a delay between the time we provide you with the tracking number and the time it becomes active on the post office's website.
Our packages are grouped together and sent to the post office every day from 5:00 pm. The post office then takes over the sorting and distribution process. Your tracking number will be active and ready to be consulted as soon as your parcel has been scanned for the first time in the post office sorting center.
We recommend that you wait a short time after receiving your tracking number and check again later. If after 24 hours you are still unable to track your parcel, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be sure to help you.
