How do I change the delivery date and location?
You can change the date and place of delivery after your order has been dispatched. Thanks to the Swiss Post customer area, you can customize your delivery preferences to suit your needs.
Log in to your customer area: If you already have a customer account on the Swiss Post portal, log in to your customer area.
Personalize your delivery: Once logged in, access the parcel tracking section and modify the delivery details according to your preferences.
Create an account: If you don't yet have an account on Swiss Post's "Ma Poste" portal, don't worry. Registration is free and quick. Once you've created your account, you'll be able to access numerous services, including managing your delivery details.
Please note that some changes may require additional time for delivery. Be sure to check all information before confirming your changes.
