Delivery to a relay point or via MyPost24: How does it work?
Yes, we offer the option of having your order delivered to a relay point or via Swiss Post's MyPost24 solution. This option is ideal for people who are not often at home during delivery times, or who want a little more discretion.
1. Relay point: When confirming your order, enter the address of your "Relay Point". Select the nearest or most convenient relay point for you.
Once your parcel has been delivered, you'll receive a notification and will usually have a few days to collect it.
2. MyPost24: To use MyPost24, you must first register on Swiss Post's "My Post" portal. When you place your order, select "MyPost24" as your delivery option and indicate the post box of your choice.
As soon as your parcel is deposited in the locker, you'll receive a code by SMS or e-mail. Use this code to open the locker and collect your order.
To be able to collect your parcel from the MyPost24 machine without delay, your address must be correct. Make sure you always enter the keyword "MyPost24" and your personal User ID in the address complement (see example below).
These options offer you flexibility and convenience, allowing you to collect your purchases when it's most convenient for you, while benefiting from additional security and discretion.
